Miss Liz  : Liz is a  professional performer, instructor, and choreographer. She is a graduate of Rutgers University where she was captain and assistant choreographer of the Rutgers Dance Team. Liz performed in “West Side Story” with the Virginia Opera. She has worked as choreographer for the Knicks City Dancers and as a back-up dancer for Pink in her NBA commercial. She choreographed promotionals  for "42nd Street and the off  broadway musical " Fame".  Liz is a current dancer with the Metropolitan Opera.  Liz has choreographed and judged locally and nationally for many national Talent competitions. We are very excited to have Liz Judge for Spotlight Industry Rising Starz Pageant.
Miss Liz

Miss Kindra :   
Kindra Williams 
received her early training as both a dancer and as a USGA competitive gymnast in Texas. After training at Joffery Ballet and the North Carolina of the Arts, she danced with Ballet West, Shore Ballet, and the New Jersey Ballet. Ms. Kindra has also appeared on All My Children, in movies, music videos, concert dance productions, off-Broadway and regional music theater productions, and a three-year tour with Ringling Brothers, Barnum and Bailey Circus as their dance captain and acrobat. She has assisted many major choreographers with auditions as well as productions. She teaches all forms of dance throughout the tri-state area as well as traveling throughout the US teaching Master Classes. Ms. Kindra is on the gymnastics faculty of Chelsea Piers in NYC and has also taught Acrobatics and Tumbling to studio teachers as a faculty member of the prestigious Broadway Dance Center's Teacher Training Workshops. She is the artistic director of En L’air Aerial Dance Theatre and currently teaches, choreographs, judges, and performs across the country.
Miss Kindra

Kindra Williams
received her early training as both a dancer and as a USGA competitive gymnast in Texas. After training at Joffery Ballet and the North Carolina of the Arts, she danced with Ballet West, Shore Ballet, and the New Jersey Ballet. Ms. Kindra has also appeared on All My Children, in movies, music videos, concert dance productions, off-Broadway and regional music theater productions, and a three-year tour with Ringling Brothers, Barnum and Bailey Circus as their dance captain and acrobat. She has assisted many major choreographers with auditions as well as productions. She teaches all forms of dance throughout the tri-state area as well as traveling throughout the US teaching Master Classes. Miss Ashley  : Ashley Eichbauer is originally from Florida and is a graduate of NYU with a BFA in Theatre and a BA in History. She studied musical theatre at CAP21 and film and TV at Stonestreet Studios. She was a dancer and dance captain at Busch Gardens in Virginia, danced with 98 Degrees and N'Sync at the Pro Bowl in Hawaii, and has performed with Neil Goldberg's Cirque. Stage credits include West Side Story and Grease at Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre (FL), Maggie Anderson in Brigadoon at St. Bart's Players (NYC), Guys and Dolls at the Paper Mill Playhouse (NJ), and Tommy and Carousel at Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera. Ashley was the choreographer and lead dancer for the SUMO World Tour 2006. She has danced in industrials for Wishbone, Cirque Productions, and Joe Lanteri. Two seasons ago, Ashley was a semi-finalist for the FOX TV show, So You Think You Can Dance. Last summer, she filmed a movie choreographed by Hinton Battle, entitled The Great Observer. Ashley was the assistant choreographer for Baltimore's CenterStage production of ��oeA Little Night Music.” Currently she is dancing with the new modern-jazz company, The Chase Brock Experience. Ashley is on the faculty of NYU/CAP21, Peridance in NYC, and Variation's, A Dancer's Studio in Long Island. She is also the Regional Ad Manager at Dancer Publishing.

Marla is a professional dancer with over 20 years of extensive training in all areas including jazz, tap, ballet, pointe, lyrical, hip hop and gymnastics. She attended Rutgers University where she majored in communication and dance (Mason Gross School of the Arts). Marla was also a four-year member of the nationally ranked Rutgers Dance Team. She has modeled for Capezio add campaigns and appeared in Dance Spirit Magazine.  She was also featured in New Jersey Bride Magazine and Lush Day Spa adds. She is currently in her fourth season as a New Jersey Nets Dancer. She has been a dance and gymnastics instructor for over 10 years, choreographing and teaching at various studios throughout New Jersey. Previously, she coached the New Jersey Nets Senior Team (The Netsational Seniors) and has choreographed for the The Netsational Seniors, West Point Cheerleading Team, William Annin Middle School Cheerleaders and North Plainfield High School Cheerleaders. She was recently featured in the movie, “Gotta Dance,” directed by 3 time Tony Award Winner, Dori Berinstein.  It premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival, as well as various international film festivals and is currently playing on all Royal Caribbean Cruises.  She continues to choreograph and teach dance, cheerleading and gymnastics through her own dance/athletic training company called Maximum Performance.
