Competition Information
Age Divisions:
Bitty Miss: 0-12 months Baby Miss: 13-23 months
Tiny Miss: 2-3 yrs. Mini Miss: 4-6yrs.
Petite Miss: 7-9yrs. Tween Miss: 10-12 yrs.
Junior Miss: 13-15 yrs Teen Miss: 16-18 yrs.
Miss: 19-25 yrs Ms: 25 and up
Age determined as of pageant day.
Categories may be split or combined based on registration.
Contestants 0-12... Are you Glitzy or are you Natural ???
Natural:A natural contestant cannot wear any make up or use hair pieces, tanning, eyelashes and/or flippers, This is a completely natural competition, therefore no custom clothing allowed. Any photo events must turn in un-retouched photographs. Custom Clothing and theme related makeup allowed for themewear... but no rhinestones or excessive glitz!
Glitzy:Anything goes for a glitzy contestant: make up, hair piece, tanning, and more. You choose how glitzy you want to be. Photo events may turn in retouched photographs. No restrictions on clothing.
Special Talent Competition Contestants Ages 5 & Up.
The Talent competition allows the contestant to express herself through a personal talent. This talent can be a vocal, baton, dance, or instrumental solo...the talent list is limitless. You supply the music. Talent Competition will be last at all events and performed on a ballroom floor. • Each CD must contain only 1 number and must be labeled with the following information : TITLE OF ENTRY, CONTESTANT NAME . CD MUST BE TURNED IN AT REGISTRATION
Beauty Event:
This event is mandatory for all contestants. Contestants will present themselves on the stage. 9 yrs. and under must wear a knee length or shorter dress. Ages 10-12 yrs. may choose short or long, and 13 and over must wear a floor length evening gown.
Natural must be off
the rack. Glitzy- Anything goes.gown.
Judging: facial beauty, stage presence, attire, and overall look.
Personal Introduction:
All contestants ages 10 yrs. and up will introduce themselves by name and tell a little bit about themselves.This will be judged during the beauty competition.
STARZ EVENTS
Runway:Walk the catwalk just like a model! Clothing can be the newest trend or something you would wear to school. Remember to strut your stuff.
Judging: Modeling ability, stage presence, attire, and overall look.
Natural- must be off the rack. Glitzy- Anything goes.
Swimwear:Swimsuits can be one or two piece. You may wear shoes or go barefoot.

Themewear:Attire should be creative and follow some sort of theme. Outfits can range from a Halloween type costume to any outfit that fits a character or holiday. Anything goes! Custom clothing allowed for Natural and Glitzy contestants in this category only!!
Judging: creativity of attire, stage presence, modeling ability, and overall look.
Western Wear: Howdy partner! Show us your Wild West Side! Clothing should resemble cowboy/western style clothing.
Judging: creativity of attire, stage presence, modeling ability, and overall look.

Photogenic: Photo sizes should be 8"x10" and in a clear protector sheet. Photos may be black and white or color. Natural photos cannot be retouched.
Judging: personality, facial beauty, quality and clarity.
Composite: Grouped photos of contestant on single cardstock or paper sheets. Should show multiple looks. Composite sizes may vary. Include contestants name and contact info.
Judging: personality, creativity, quality and clarity.
Portfolio: Bring a group of photos in a labeled portfolio. They can be candid or professional shots.

Supreme Titles
To qualify for the Grand Supreme and Mini Supreme titles, all contestants must be entered in Beauty. You must also be entered in two additional STARZ EVENTS. You may enter as many STARZ EVENTS as you like.
(The number of Grand and Mini Supreme titles awarded based on registration.)
Likely Grand and Mini titles: 0-9yrs and 10-up
Ultimate Grand Supreme:To qualify, you must do Beauty, Runway, Themewear, and Photogenic. This is the highest combined score of all contestants, all ages, Glitz and Natural.
Overall Most Beautiful:Highest Beauty Score in the competition. (Glitz and Natural combined)

Special Judges Awards given the day of pageant!
Spotlight Industry will provide music for all events.
Themewear may bring their own music!
Parents may accompany children 3 and under on stage.
Ages 4 and up Should walk alone on stage.
Ages 7- up, No coaching from audience.
Time limit for all events is 2 minutes.
